Pricing, Description, and Inventory Error

Except as expressly stated herein, Sybex Global expressly disclaims all warranties and other representations, expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Sybex Global arising from any products purchased from Sybex Global shall be the lesser of the price of the products purchased or $10,000.00. In no event shall Sybex Global, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, and/or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold. This in no way affects the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty on any product sold, if any.

Payment Methods

Sybex Global accepts the following payment methods:

• Net payments are available to qualifying customers only

Illinois (IL) Sales Tax

Sales tax is required for orders that are shipped to destinations within our resident business states. Thus, all orders shipped to Illinois will be charged sales tax according to the appropriate tax rate.

Acceptance of Order and Acknowledgment

Until shipment, orders are not considered confirmed. Sybex Global reserves the right to approve, cancel, confirm, reject, and restrict an order for any reason at any time when the Buyers place an order. Upon receipt of any electronic correspondence or other confirmation notice, buyers agree that they do not signify an offer to sell a product or service nor the approval by Sybex Global of any order. Sybex Global must pre-authorize orders over $500.00, and the correct method of payment must be created.

Customer Data Protection

Sybex Global shall maintain appropriate procedures for the management, physical and technical protection of the identity, confidentiality, and honesty of all Buyer Information. Sybex Global shall not alter, reveal (except as required by law), or access Buyer information except for the purpose of preventing technical difficulties or in connection with Buyer Support issues at the Buyer's request.

Acknowledgment

Customers' use of the Sybex Global Site will constitute receipt of TCUS contained herein. Without prompt written objection or acceptance of any of the products covered by the customer's order that is hereby confirmed, shall constitute an acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth on the Sybex Global Site.
