Shipping Policy

FedEx orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day (Monday to Friday). FedEx 2-4 day, Ground, and USPS mail orders placed after 8:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) will also be shipped on the next business day, subject to product availability. To ensure delivery on a Saturday, please select the Saturday delivery option.

USPS mail shipments are insured up to $100. In the event of lost or delayed mail, we can only offer a reshipment. All other shipping methods are fully insured. Please note that the post office does not provide a tracking number for USPS mail. Airmail packages are picked up weekly on Fridays.

For overseas orders, it is common to incur VAT or customs duties upon arrival at the destination port. If you have a VAT number, please provide it in the comments field during checkout.

Orders with a total value exceeding $100 may require a signature upon delivery.

Please be aware that if you choose to waive the signature requirement, Sybex Global will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
