Sybex Global is dedicated to providing top-quality new and refurbished IT equipment that is delivered to you in excellent condition. However, there may be instances where the product you purchase is defective, incompatible, or not what you expected. In any case, we are here to resolve the issue for you. All products are accompanied by a 90-day replacement warranty unless stated otherwise.

Faulty Products


If you discover a fault with your product within the warranty period, please inform us immediately. We will either rectify the problem or send you a replacement. Please note that the replacement parts may have different FRU, spare, or part numbers from the item you originally ordered

In the event that we receive a product under warranty and find no fault or the issue stems from an incompatibility problem with your hardware/software setup, there will be a $10 charge for testing and a 25% restocking fee.

Change / Cancellation


You have the right to cancel an order from the moment it is placed on our website up until 90 days from the day after you receive the products. If you need to modify any details of your order, such as the delivery address or quantity, or cancel it entirely, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

If you notify us of the cancellation before we ship the product, we will refund your account without any additional charges. If you cancel your order after receiving the goods, a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns


Unwanted products can be returned within 90 working days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, the package remains unopened, and no seals have been broken.For non-faulty returns where no error occurred on our part, a restocking fee of 25-50% will be applied. It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a resalable condition.Original Condition: Accessories, manuals, software, and warranties must be included in their original packaging and remain undamaged.

Pricing, Description, and Inventory Error


Despite our best efforts, there may be occasional inaccuracies in product descriptions, stock status, or pricing on the Sybex Global website due to typographical, informational, technical, or other errors. In such cases, Sybex Global reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order and promptly correct the inaccurate information. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order while notifying you of the cancellation.

Wrong / Incomplete Product


If the delivered products do not match your order or if items are missing, we will promptly rectify the situation and provide you with the correct product. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
